Every Race Posters print is made to order with your race, your time and your details on it, so I can't resell it. Here's how returns, replacements and refunds work.
If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, or different from what you ordered, I'll put it right. Depending on what happened, that means a free reprint or a full refund, including shipping.
Email me at michaelsowden17@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, including the box if it was damaged in the post. Please get in touch within 14 days of it arriving so I can sort it out with the printer quickly. You don't need to send the poster back unless I ask.
Because each poster is personalised, I can't accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong size, colourway or frame. Please check the preview before you order. It shows exactly what will be printed.
The poster prints exactly as you type your time, name, bib and race year. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email me as soon as you can. If your poster hasn't gone to print yet, I'll fix it for free. If it has already printed, I can't offer a free reprint, but I'll do a new one at cost.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your poster goes to print. Email me with your order number. Once it's printed, the change-of-mind rules above apply.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. They usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
