I can post to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, much of Europe and parts of Asia for a flat NZ$34. The countries I ship to are listed at checkout. Any import duties or taxes your country charges are paid by you on delivery.
Each poster is printed when you order it. Printing usually takes a few working days, then it's posted to you. Framed posters can take a little longer than unframed ones. You'll get an email when your order is on its way, with tracking where the courier provides it.
Race weeks are busy, so allow a bit of extra time if you're ordering just after a big race.
Unframed posters are sent rolled in a sturdy tube or flat in rigid packaging. Framed posters are sent boxed and protected.
If your order hasn't arrived in the time you'd expect, or it turns up damaged, email me at michaelsowden17@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). I'll chase it with the courier and, if it's lost or damaged, send a replacement at no cost.
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email me straight away and I'll update it if the order hasn't been posted yet. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, I can resend it, but you'll need to cover the shipping again.
