These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Race Posters. By placing an order, you agree to them. Race Posters is a small business run from Christchurch, New Zealand.
Each poster is printed to order using the details you enter: race, distance, finish time, name, bib number, race year, colourway, size and frame. The poster prints exactly as you type it, so please check your details and the preview before you order. Your order is confirmed when you get the order confirmation email.
I may decline an order, for example if a name contains offensive content or someone else's trademark. If that happens, I'll let you know and refund you in full.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and handled securely by Shopify and its payment partners. I never see or store your full card details.
Each course is traced from the race's published course map or route file onto OpenStreetMap street data. Posters are a keepsake, not a navigation tool. Courses can change from year to year, and small differences from the exact route you ran are possible. If you ran an older version of a course, tell me in your order notes and I'll check it.
Race Posters is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any race, event organiser or sponsor. Race names are used only to describe the event on your poster.
The poster designs, artwork and website content belong to Race Posters. Your poster is for your personal use. Please don't resell or reproduce it commercially. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and OpenMapTiles.
See the refund policy. In short, I'll replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, but I can't take change-of-mind returns on personalised posters.
To the extent the law allows, my liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
